Saturday, April 18
Ease into the day beside the campfire with cowboy congee and morning libations, fueling you for a day of exploration—by foot, by wheels, or simply by hammock.
That evening, gather as Chefs White and Jones prepare a whole animal over open flame, paired with Baja- and Mediterranean-inspired sides, sauces, and a thoughtful lineup of camp cocktails. Round out the night with elevated s’mores and story-swapping around the fire.
Sunday, April 19
Enjoy a fireside breakfast—trail-inspired and pack-friendly—before making your way back to civilization.
